Dr Susan Grantham, Griffith University

Dr. Susan Grantham, an early career researcher, specialises in the intersection of social media, particularly TikTok, and its organisational applications. With over 15 years of experience in strategic communications, crisis management, and social media engagement within the Queensland Government, Dr. Grantham's research also covers reputation management. Her multidisciplinary approach highlights TikTok's transformative potential and provides insights into digital communication strategies in contemporary society.
