IABC Queensland Members and their guests are invited to join this In Touch session to learn all about what psychological safety means, how to identify it in your workplace, and how we as communicators can talk about it in our work.

We’ll be joined by Kylee Leota, Founder and Chief Vision Officer for Elements 4 Success. Over breakfast, Kylee will share with us how to identify psychologically safe behaviours in the workplace, and give us tips on how to talk about these behaviours in our communication.
